What to expect…
• MAKEUP BAG REVIEW We will edit your current assortment to contain only the makeup, brushes, and tools that are essential to your best possible outcome with recommendations for supplemental products made throughout the lesson and included in the DBB DOSSIER. The Edit will insure that you have the proper colors to optimize your features and quality tools to deliver the best results with ease.
• DEMO/GUIDED APPLICATION After a review of your objectives, I will demonstrate each technique on one half of your face and you will mirror my technique on the other half with my guidance. You will discover techniques with the proper tools for each step, employing highlight & contour to sculpt your unique bone structure and color science to maximize your eye/hair/skin combo. It’s all about utilizing light, texture, and color to direct the focus and tell the story YOU want to tell..
We will review the entire application start to finish, honing in on the details that create change in the face and elevate your makeup game. From this point, we can remove the makeup and you can create the entire look on your own with my guidance <or> I can add the DBB⭐️GLOW to what we’ve already created for an evening out. Recording and taking notes are highly encouraged.
• DBB DOSSIER of materials consisting of a Personalized Instruction Manual, BITES aka tips & tricks, the DBB Brush Glossary, Face Charts. and the coveted DBB FAVORITE PRODUCT LIST pdf will be provided to reference throughout the lesson and at home.
Every lesson is customizable according to your needs and skill set. You decide what you want to learn each time. Whether it’s a focus on specific techniques or crafting a whole new look from scratch, anything is possible. Just bring your makeup bag with brushes and an eagerness to learn!

You’ll get hands-on guidance and answers to all of your burning questions stimulated by makeup tutorials from a Master Makeup Artist who knows the difference between performance and proper technique. Whether you’re perfecting your smoky eye, mastering the art of contouring, or learning everyday essentials, this experience is tailored to suit you and your group! Choose what you would like to learn, organize the party, and Dawn will demonstrate techniques on a model +/or participants while teaching and answering questions.
